Why the Change from “Fraudulent Transfer” to “Voidable Transaction” May be a Big Deal The Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA) was recently amended and renamed; it is now called the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act (UVTA). “The renaming has no substantive effect whatever.
